After years of navigating my childcare business (and other businesses too) without a clear strategy and missing out on important family time, teetering on the brink of burnout and sleepless nightsâŠ
My awakening came when I recognized that I was inundated with tasks that didnât align with my strengths and skills.
Your focus should be on expanding your business rather than getting entangled in its day-to-day operations. Being bogged down by these essential yet obligatory tasks was preventing me from fully embracing my passions within my personal life and my business.
What if I could entrust these tasks to individuals who were passionate and skilled in those areas, allowing them to operate within their own âGenius Zoneâ?
This would allow us to concentrate on fostering company growth, refining systems and processes, rather than being heavily involved in the day-to-day operations of my business.
What Motivated Me To Change
A few years back, I came to a realization while striving for a harmonious work-home life balance â I was failing miserably in my attempt to juggle everything and truly live life to the fullest.

The sheer magnitude of these responsibilities can be overwhelming and daunting, resulting in many important aspects, including your freedom and peace, being pushed aside.

How did I do it?
I set out to create a system to recruit, vet, train, and hold accountable quality educated Virtual Assistants in the specific requirements of Early Education and Childcare. My wife and I have been able to find greater peace and freedom to soak more time into what we are good at, what we love to do, and what we want to do to live an impactful life.
By developing our team, we were able to grow from 1 Childcare Campus to now opening our 3rd location within three years. Simultaneously, while being able to homeschool our children on a full-time basis and developing our businesses, we get to embark on quarterly travels (sometimes more) and lead a life that continually strives for excellence.
